Tweezers for semi wafer, wafer chips, lenses, and glass substrate
The "Bernouilli Tweezers for Wafer" has the function which carries out the substrate in the state of
no contacting by making air blow off by making the inside into negative
pressure according to the ejector effect and the Bernoulli effect according
to distance with a work, and making it positive pressure according to the
pressure room type air cushion effect and the cushion effect of an air
flow.
"Bernoulli Tweezers for wafer" is non-contact conveyance for wafers by air jet. It suspends and conveys
wafer,chips,lens,glass substrates etc. uncontactedly by manual.
"Berunoulli Tweezers for Wafer" works by decreasing static pressure in Bernoulli's Theory and repulsion force by increasing pressure in pressure room of air cushion
